In the unlikely event that within 12 hours of booking on Vacation Pet Friendly you discover a U.S. based website is offering a lower price that is publicly available, we will credit or refund you the price difference.
Vacation Pet Friendly’s Best Price Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Best Price Guarantee is not applicable to bookings, which are not paid in full at the time of the claim. Plus, the rate must be quoted, booked and paid for in US dollars.
- The lower rate cannot be from a website where you call to get the rate or from an e-mail that you received.
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to bookings that are not paid in full at the time of the claim. In addition, the rate must be quoted, booked, and paid for in U.S. dollars.
- Travel must be completed in accordance with the booked itinerary to be eligible to receive the coupon, refund or credit. Changed or cancelled bookings are not eligible to receive the coupon. Coupons will be emailed or mailed to you within 6 to 8 weeks after your qualifying travel itinerary has been completed.
- Travel itinerary for Vacation Pet Friendly’s Best Price Guarantee claims must be paid in full at time of claim.
- To notify Vacation Pet Friendly of a claim using our Best Price Guarantee, you must file an Refund Application Form form within twelve (12) hours after your VacationPetFriendly.com booking has been made. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, which is determined by our customer relations representatives.
- The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches. As an example, the hotel name, location, room type, check in/out dates and times, pet fees and all other booking information must match exactly.
Only standalone hotel bookings or car rental bookings are eligible for the Best Price Guarantee. For example, booking a hotel and car rental as a package, may not qualify for our Best Price Guarantee. The comparison must be to the same product purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not part of a hotel + car rental package)
- The Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the property, rental car company, carrier, itinerary or similar booking details are not known until after the purchase has been made. All requirements imposed on the lower price including, without limitation, residency, regional, age-related requirements and pets policy requirements must be met for eligibility for our Best Price Guarantee.
- Comparison rates must be available online to the general public. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website.?For example, our Best Price Guarantee does not include rates offered on:
Membership required websites, corporate discounts, or corporate rates Charter, rewards program, group, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public; prices available via discount coupon websites; prices obtained via auction, limited time sales events or similar processes
When you book with Vacation Pet Friendly an activity or travel package (i.e., air + hotel, air + hotel + car, air + car, or hotel + car booked together as a package on the same itinerary), the Best Price Guarantee applies to the cost of the activity or the travel package, respectively, plus all taxes and fees.
Claims must be verified by a Vacation Pet Friendly Customer Relations Representative. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by Vacation Pet Friendly. Vacation Pet Friendly will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Vacation Pet Friendly personnel. It is the sole discretion of Vacation Pet Friendly not to honor the Best Price Guarantee on transactions or requests it determines is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. For verification of standalone car rental and non-prepaid hotel bookings, the customer service representative will instruct you to e-mail an electronic copy of your car or hotel receipt to Vacation Pet Friendly within thirty (30) days after you have completed the rental or hotel stay. Verified requests will receive a mailed check within approximately 7-10 days of verification.
Best Price Guarantee has limitations including:
One (1) $25 coupon per entire booking
One (1) Pet Store coupon per entire booking, valid for one (1) year from month of issuance. Example: If a coupon is issued on 10/28/2015, the last date to redeem it is 10/28/2016.
Three (3) coupons per customer per calendar month are permitted, no matter the number of monthly bookings made by the customer. Vacation Pet Friendly reserves the right to render any coupon void that Vacation Pet Friendly issues in beyond the time limit, is issued in error, or where the customer is found to be ineligible to receive a coupon or has been deemed by Vacation Pet Friendly to be an abuse for personal or financial gains of the Best Price Guarantee.
At the sole discretion of Vacation Pet Friendly, reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under our Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. The failure by Vacation Pet Friendly to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Vacation Pet Friendly Best Price Guarantee is not redeemable for cash.

Room Charge Disclosure: Your credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy: We do not charge a cancellation policy for processing the cancellation of your hotel, however, the hotel may. Therefore, depending no the room type and rate that you select, you may not be allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Some hotels, dependent on the room type and rate, will still charge for the full reservation amount.
Guarantee Policy: Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don’t check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. All rooms are guaranteed for double occupancy and accommodations for more than the specified number are not guaranteed. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older. A valid ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may by charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or mini-bar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Q. I have found a lower price for the hotel I booked with you on another site. What do I need to know before claiming under the Low Price Guarantee?
A. The lower price you found must be available on another website directed to consumers in the same country as this site is directed, be in the same currency and must be for the same hotel, travel dates and room type.
Q. What are the requirements for claiming the Low Price Guarantee?
A. 1) You must have already booked a prepaid reservation identified as a guaranteed rate. 2) The request form must be submitted prior to the property’s cancellation deadline. 3) The lower rate must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (ex: same hotel, same date and same room type).
Q. Are there any exclusions to claiming under the guarantee?
A. The only bookings which are excluded are hotels which are part of a specific promotion (e.g. 3 nights for the price of 2) and it does not apply to special events such as New Year’s, the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, JazzFest, etc.
Q. How will I get my refund?
A. Once we have confirmed that you are due a refund under the guarantee we will issue the refund to the card you paid with at the time of booking. We will process your refund immediately but it may take your bank up to 30 days to process it and for it to show on your statement.
